Nestor España is the Administrative and Facilities Manager at Staff Boom. A graduate of Business Management at Republic Central Colleges in Angeles City, and an undergraduate of Civil Engineering at Manuel L. Quezon University (Manila Campus), Nestor is a seasoned Sales and Operations Manager. Before joining Staff Boom in 2016, he served as an Account Executive and Sales Manager for multiple logistics companies in the Philippines for 15 years. As a leader of the sales force, he has worked hand-in-hand with principal partners and helped them drive sales of many key products and services. With a diverse and encompassing work history, Nestor has acquired a unique management style that fosters employees to reach greater goals and increasing talent retention.
In his current role at Staff Boom, Nestor ensures our employees are properly accommodated in a workplace that supports their needs and expectations. He also oversees the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects of the facility, and coordinating safety inspections to ensure the facility adheres to compliance standards and government regulations.
Nestor is a husband, proud father of two, and an active member of his church and community. On his time off, he enjoys reading books, watching movies and documentaries, and planting bonsai trees.
