Do I have employer liability with these employees?

No. Because Staff Boom employees are based in Peru and the Philippines. Both are managed under our organization according to each country’s legal framework; you DO NOT have any liability over these employees.

How much can I really expect to save?

How stable is your infrastructure?

We have taken the care to establish fully redundant infrastructures including a full power generation plant in the event of a major power outage.

How many employees do I need to employ?

We require a minimum of 2 Staff Boom employees for every project.

Who trains the staff and what happens if there’s turnover?

Manuals are derived by thoroughly documenting processes and implementation for ease of training. Your Staff Boom employee’s direct manager will fully understand the position you are outsourcing and if turnover occurs, we will manage the retraining. The rehiring systems that are in place ensure quick turnover recovery and we have minimized turnover by creating one of the most desirable job opportunities in the area. In addition to a clean, professional office with quality management, we offer food for our employees; additional skill set training and a high pay structure with numerous incentives.

How do I communicate?

We will have a dedicated management figure as a single point of contact. Employees are required to account for their time and we can set up reporting and communications that suits your operation. Some of our operations have minute-by-minute time accountability that removes any questions as to whether work is being accomplished without the slow of productivity.

What does the implementation process look like?

It all starts with contacting us. After we assess your needs, we will send a representative onsite to identify opportunities. If applicable, we will also include a professional IT consultant to discover your security and data requirements.

We will then assist with creating training manuals. Training manuals will be thoroughly tested to ensure that the processes are trainable and duplicable. Staff Boom will then train your new employees to master these processes. After that, it’s time to get to work. From that point on, we will continue to report according to the method that best suits your needs and we will always look for opportunity to refine the process to make sure you are achieving explosive results!
