    Angela Valencia is Chief Operating Officer at Staff Boom. Angela brings with her over 10 years of insurance and operations experience, successfully building underwriting teams and implementing procedural improvements. Before joining Staff Boom, Angela served as Director of Training and Organizational Development, where she led the underwriting and training teams in the company and was key in the launch of a business-leading agency management system for the insurance industry. Angela has been instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of Staff Boom, overseeing all aspects of operations domestically and internationally, as well as the onboarding of new clients and solidifying existing client relationships.

    Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Education, which have been pivotal in her roles of training, development and process improvement. She is a proud mother of five; one boy, two girls and a pair of identical twin girls. Her kids keep her busy, but they are the biggest driving force behind her, at the end of the day her title as mom is her proudest accomplishment.

    Trevor Rusinyak is the President of the Philippine Operations at Staff Boom. With over 18 years of leadership experience, Trevor has built and led multiple successful sales and operational divisions throughout the west coast. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in management and a degree in Economics from Humboldt State University. In his previous roles Trevor has excelled in leadership development, implementation of organizational strategies and the creation of world class work environments, leading to numerous awards through his tenure in a variety of positions. He has led sales teams to reach surpass their goals, leading to record breaking productivity. Trevor is back to doing what he does best at Staff Boom, helping to lead, grow and create a world class culture in our Philippine operation. He is highly motivated and extremely passionate about the development of his leaders and people.

    A father of three amazing children, Trevor has two daughters and son. An advocate of health and wellness, when Trevor is not working, you can find him in the gym, on the golf course or on the mountains skiing.

    Michael Haroutunian is the Controller at Staff Boom. He joined in 2017 bringing over 8 years of accounting methods under Big 4 trained experts. In his current role at Staff Boom, he leads the company’s financial reporting, accounting and related internal controls. During this time, Michael carries on his goal to ensure that the company is provided all the analytical and budgeting details it needs to grow and succeed. On his time off, Michael enjoys playing soccer with friends and composing musical scores.

Armed with more than 13 years of direct B2B sales experience in the insurance industry alone, he’s also obsessed with crafting & delivering innovative outsourcing solutions that help insurance principals achieve a higher Return on Investment while also enabling agency staff to transform customer satisfaction and grow the business. In addition, he loves spending time with family, which consists of his lovely wife, their 3 amazing kids and a recent addition of a reddish brown-haired, beautiful goldendoodle.

    Luis Ramirez is the Director of I.T. for Staff Boom. With over 20 years of IT experience, including 12 years of I.T. management experience, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge to Staff Boom. In his career Luis has been involved leading multiple IT projects from small to multi-million-dollar jobs, involving everything from engineers to city officials. Through these projects he has managed teams from 5 to 22 techs both locally and around the world. He has vast experience in both networking administration and cloud networking. Luis holds an MCSE certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and A+ certification.

    Accomplished executive and proven leader, Diana DePaola displays a unique acumen for inspiring teams and motivating performance. A graduate of California State University Sacramento, Diana has demonstrated an innate ability to deliver results and develop beneficial relationships. From employee relations and sales initiatives to carrier relationships and organizational objectives, Diana’s keenness of insight and uniquely engaging nature have led her from Human Resource Administration and insurance liaison functions to successful growth as the Personal Lines Sales Management for California-based P&C Insurer, Inszone Insurance where she increased agency commissions by nearly 200 percent as well as directed markedly successful sales team training programs and protocols based on carefully monitored client and carrier preferences. Further leading to become Vice President of The Proven Alliance, a market access group spanning 5 states, to Owner of her own independent Property and Casualty agency, Intrinsic Insurance Services. Currently Diana is managing client success internationally for Staff Boom, as their Client Relations Executive.

    Jeidi Guillen is a Sr. Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Her career in the insurance industry dates to 2005. Starting of as a call center representative, Jeidi quickly transitioned to the training side of insurance, training in-house call center reps and then training outsourced call center reps once her previous company transitioned to a call center in Tijuana. Jeidi brings the perfect combination to Staff Boom, combining hands on insurance experience with experience in the training of outsourced insurance representatives. At Staff Boom, Jeidi is tasked with overseeing operations in all Staff Boom facilities, ensuring our staff is on track and at capacity, while ensuring they are providing quality work to clients. Additionally, Jeidi helps to coordinate communications with various clients, providing scheduled updates as well as helping with any issues or concerns they may have. Jeidi is here to ensure that Staff Boom continues to grow while providing quality work to our clients, while at the same time ensuring our employees are working smoothly and efficiently as possible.

    Shay Valencia is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton in Kinesiology, Shay began her professional career in the Healthcare field helping people meet their healthcare needs.  She was drawn to Staff Boom when she sought an opportunity for growth in more fields than just healthcare.  Having experience working in the insurance industry as well as customer relations Shay is able to utilize her past experience to ensure client’s staffing needs are being met with the utmost efficiency. She joined the Staff Boom team in April 2020 and looks forward to developing and improving upon her relationships with customers. In her spare time, she enjoys carpentry, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

    Patty Cicogni is an Operations Analyst at Staff Boom on extended assignment in the Philippines since 2018. Her career in the insurance industry dates to 2012. She started as an account manager assistant and quickly started working her way up the company. After getting her insurance license, Patty moved to the Certificates department, followed by the Quality Control department and finally became the person overseeing both of these departments. Her experience in insurance made Patty able to hit the ground running with Staff Boom, helping train and manage a team of insurance outsourcing representatives to successfully assist with our customer’s needs. Patty is a perfect example of the rewards of hard work, rising through the company and earning recognitions for her work throughout the years. Patty holds an AA in Fire Technology from America River College.

    Patty is a volunteer with the American Red Cross, Sierra – Delta Chapter. She has been with the Red Cross since 2011, deploying to local disasters and home fires, and is looking forward to resuming the volunteer duties once the overseas assignment is completed. She finds helping clients in their time of need, humbling and rewarding. Her other hobby is binge watching TV series and reading whenever time allows.

    Yamil Quiñones is a Project Manager at Staff Boom. A graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos (Peru), Yamil is an experienced project manager. A Senior Executive with more than 14 years of experience working in Information Technology, multinational Software Development, Telecommunications, Education and Banking companies. Yamil specializes in Project Management and Auditing, with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with business executives and suppliers, through interpersonal communication, negotiation and trust. Yamil currently has more than 20 international certifications, including: Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO / IEC 27005 Risk Manager, ISO / IEC 27001 Auditor, ITIL (ed 2011 and ed 4), SCRUM, COBIT.

    Yamil enjoys sharing his knowledge and work experience. He loves to exercise, travel, and work hard to achieve business and personal goals.

Rigel began his professional career during college, working for local real estate agencies. Rigel was drawn to Staff Boom for the opportunity to work for a large organization in which he can apply his tech skills to help the most people. On his off time, Rigel enjoys biking and playing video games.
