    Angela Valencia is Chief Operating Officer at Staff Boom. Angela brings with her over 10 years of insurance and operations experience, successfully building underwriting teams and implementing procedural improvements. Before joining Staff Boom, Angela served as Director of Training and Organizational Development, where she led the underwriting and training teams in the building and launch of an industry-leading agency management system for the insurance industry. Angela has been instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of Staff Boom, overseeing all aspects of operations domestically and internationally, as well as the onboarding of new clients and solidifying existing client relationships.

    Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and a Master’s degree in Education, which have been pivotal in her roles of training, development and process improvement. She is a proud mother of five; one boy, two girls and a pair of identical twin girls. Her kids keep her busy, but they are the biggest driving force behind her, at the end of the day her title as mom is her proudest accomplishment.

In his current role at Staff Boom, he leads the company’s financial reporting, accounting and related internal controls. During this time, Michael carries on his goal to ensure that the company is provided all the analytical and budgeting details it needs to grow and succeed. On his time off, Michael enjoys playing soccer with friends and composing musical scores.

    Nicholas Fedei is the IT Director at Staff Boom. Nick brings over 20 years of IT experience with a focus on security, network, customer support, and significant Microsoft systems engineering and support. He has successfully restructured support teams to provide great customer service and support for all end-user-facing hardware and software. Coupled with considerable experience building and maintaining IT infrastructure environments of all sizes, your IT environment will be in great hands with Nick.

    Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management and an associate degree in Computer Sciences. He is a proud father of three children and four dogs. Although his hands are full, juggling the needs of all in his family, he is dedicated to providing for their well-being first.

    Jeidi Guillen is the Director of Operations at Staff Boom. Her career in the insurance industry dates to 2005. Starting of as a call center representative, Jeidi quickly transitioned to the training side of insurance, training in-house call center reps and then training outsourced call center reps once her previous company transitioned to a call center in Tijuana. Jeidi brings the perfect combination to Staff Boom, combining hands on insurance experience with experience in the training of outsourced insurance representatives. At Staff Boom, Jeidi is tasked with overseeing operations in all Staff Boom facilities, ensuring our staff is on track and at capacity, while ensuring they are providing quality work to clients. Additionally, Jeidi helps to coordinate communications with various clients, providing scheduled updates as well as helping with any issues or concerns they may have. Jeidi is here to ensure that Staff Boom continues to grow while providing quality work to our clients, while at the same time ensuring our employees are working smoothly and efficiently as possible.

    Accomplished executive and proven leader, Diana DePaola displays a unique acumen for inspiring teams and motivating performance. A graduate of California State University Sacramento, Diana has demonstrated an innate ability to deliver results and develop beneficial relationships. From employee relations and sales initiatives to carrier relationships and organizational objectives, Diana’s keenness of insight and uniquely engaging nature have led her from Human Resource Administration and insurance liaison functions to successful growth as the Personal Lines Sales Management for California-based P&C Insurer, Inszone Insurance where she increased agency commissions by nearly 200 percent as well as directed markedly successful sales team training programs and protocols based on carefully monitored client and carrier preferences. Further leading to become Vice President of The Proven Alliance, a market access group spanning 5 states, to Owner of her own independent Property and Casualty agency, Intrinsic Insurance Services. Currently Diana is managing client success internationally for Staff Boom, as their Director of Sales.

Graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Kinesiology, Shay began her professional career in the Healthcare field helping people meet their healthcare needs. She was drawn to Staff Boom when she sought an opportunity for growth in more fields than just healthcare. With prior experience from working in the insurance sector, Shay can safely assure her clients that their staffing needs will be met with utmost efficiency. Shay joined Staff Boom in April 2020 and looks forward to forging stronger connections with her customers. In her leisure, she enjoys practicing carpentry, exercising, and spending time with family & friends.

    Yamil Quiñones is the Peru General Manager at Staff Boom. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos (Peru). Yamil has become a seasoned project manager & senior executive with more than fourteen years of experience working in information technology, multinational software development, telecommunications, education, and banking companies. Yamil specializes in project management and auditing, with a talent in networking with business executives & suppliers. Yamil currently holds over than twenty international certifications including: Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO / IEC 27005 Risk Manager, ISO / IEC 27001 Auditor, ITIL (ed 2011 and ed 4), SCRUM, COBIT.

At Staff Boom, Myla is tasked with leading the Human Resources department, being involved in every stage of Staff Boom’s recruitment process and employee relations management.     Elsa Alcala is a Senior Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Elsa started off working at Freeway Insurance in the Customer Service Department, then jumped into the Complaints Department shortly after. After a few years with Freeway Insurance, she decided to start a new career path with Pacific Specialty where she was in the Customer Service, Underwriting and Training Department. At Pacific Specialty she assisted in onboarding and trained new hires and re-trained employees. After working with Pacific Specialty, she moved to CCMSI Insurance where she helped clients with their commercial insurance needs. She worked primarily in Certificates, Endorsements, Quoting, Binding and Loss Runs.

    In July 2021, Elsa decided to join Staff Boom, bringing with her vast experience in facilitating, creating training documents and power points. In her current role, she performs a diverse range of duties to support the efficiency of Staff Boom’s daily business operations.

    Elizabeth Betts is a Senior Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Her professional career in the insurance sector began in 2012. For three years, Elizabeth worked at a local agency specializing in personal lines insurance before finding employment with a large broker in 2015, thereafter focusing on commercial lines insurance. There, she found the opportunity to work with small businesses and middle-market companies from a variety of industries. Elizabeth’s professional background as a licensed insurance agent continues to provide useful insight regarding agency operations & task management. She also possesses comprehensive experience writing training material & developing processes with a team based overseas. In 2019, Elizabeth has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

    Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Brigham Young University –Idaho where she majored in History and minored in Fashion Design.

    Tanya Gongora is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Tanya began her career in the insurance industry in 2011 and has worked with top level insurance companies such as Western United/CSAA, Allstate, Pacific Specialty Insurance Company (PSIC) Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc. With her rich background in customer service and sales underwriting, Tanya guides her customers to their financial goals with emphasis on long-term relationship building. In July 2021, Tanya joined Staff Boom in an effort to expand her knowledge and skill sets in operations and communications.

    Tanya takes a personal approach to every aspect of her business – from assessing our client’s needs to helping them achieve their business goals. Her urge to learn more has always driven Tanya to be successful in the field. In her current role with Staff Boom, she is responsible for analyzing and improving our organizational processes, and work to improve Staff Boom’s quality, productivity, and efficiency.

    On her time off, Tanya enjoys camping, outdoors, and listening to music.

    Hernan Perez is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Hernan pursued his education at Cerritos College for his Associate Degree and later attended the University of Providence in Montana, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Hernan joined Staff Boom in September 2021, bringing with him a vast experience in sales and customer service. Prior to working at Staff Boom, Hernan worked with Allstate and was responsible for doing sales and customer service, while increasing the company’s productivity by training and developing the skills and knowledge of new employees.

    In his current role as an Operations Associate, Hernan plays a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through outsourcing.

    Eberardo Treto is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Back in 2002, he began his career in the insurance industry at a Managing General Agency. Eberardo started as an underwriter assistant and quickly transitioned into an underwriting position where he focused on Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Lines. In 2018 he joined the operation team for a Managing General Agency, where he was able to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives, and procedures for them.

    In September 2021, Eberardo joined Staff Boom, where he will use his skills to facilitate, and solve any issues he may encounter, and will help to contribute from an organizational and individual level to achieve the goals of Staff Boom. Eberardo also goes by Barney, and in his free time he enjoys critiquing films, singing Karaoke, and having fun at a good concert.

    Christine Jacobson is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Christine joined Staff Boom in 2021, bringing with her over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Staff Boom, Christine worked for multiple large insurance companies in the US – Nationwide, Provident Mutual, Philadelphia Life, Principal and Pacific Life, to name just a few. As an in-house compliance examiner with Nationwide, she examined life, annuity and investment applications for compliance approval, and reviewed agent websites for compliance issues. When the California Department of Corporations Securities Regulation Division audited her agency, she organized their office to compile over 100 client files, gathered various sales materials for fifty plus agents, and prepared all requested information.

    During her tenure, Christine also trained new agents and employees in sales, underwriting, and compliance, thereby creating a successful environment for the agents and the companies she worked for.

    Christine received her bachelor’s degree in Child Development from the University of LaVerne, and she is passionate about teaching children and loves teaching Sunday school. On her off time, she enjoys the outdoors, downhill snow skiing, hiking, camping, gardening and she walks daily. She also enjoys crafting – from macramé, knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, embroidery to sewing projects and special projects. Whenever time allows, Christine also loves to bake pastries for her friends and family.

Prior to joining Staff Boom, Ashley worked at The Walt Disney Company and San Diego Zoo Safari Park in leadership development training and project management.

    Building and maintaining good relationships with a “customer first” approach is essential for Ashley to consistently provide her clients with the best service available. One of her main goals is to help our clients save, simplify and grow their business with the help of Staff Boom’s customized outsourcing solutions.

    1Eddie Prieboy is an I.T. Systems Admin at Staff Boom. After high school, Eddie attended MSJC to study Computer Science for 1 year. He then transferred to Palomar College to complete his General Education courses along with additional computer-based classes while working as a Salesman at several car dealerships. In 2014, Eddie began his career in the insurance industry with Strachota Insurance as their in-house IT Specialist. Since then, he has taken multiple responsibilities including managing Personal Lines downloads, managing the company’s management system along with Firewall, Email Services, and reports. Eddie also builds custom computers for new and current employees to ensure they run smoothly.

    In his current role at Staff Boom, he is responsible for the continued running of IT operations, maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware and networks. His main focus is to continue to expand and improve on the ever-changing IT industry.

    Outside of the office, Eddie continues his passion of upgrading computers and expanding his knowledge on technology as a whole. To relax his “tech brain”, he enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends, playing guitar and watching movies.

    Ethan Sudolcan is a Senior Tier 3 Engineer at Staff Boom. In 2011, Ethan began his career in the IT industry in US Air Force as an IT Specialist. Since then, he has taken multiple responsibilities in providing technical support and troubleshooting, managing enterprise software such as Cloud-based Web filtering, Patch remediation and Remote automation, Email filtering, Scripting, Ticket tracking and documentation, and Remote monitoring.

    In his current role as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, Ethan is responsible for offering technical support to our employees and clients using computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure that our company operates efficiently and continues to deliver the finest service possible.

He is well-versed in all aspects of computer system configuration, set up, and maintenance. Matt prides himself in his in-depth knowledge in Information Technology as well as in his excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    In his current role as a Tier 2 Support Engineer, Matt is responsible for offering technical support to our employees and clients using computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring our company runs smoothly and maintain in providing the best service to our clients.

    Amanda Cannon is an Accountant at Staff Boom. Before joining Staff Boom in 2022, Amanda spent most of her career in banking and accounting. Amanda then served as a Legal Assistant for a business and tax planning law firm before transitioning to a local insurance agency. While working in the insurance industry, Amanda supported the service team in all aspects including account management, billing, claims and customer service. Shortly after the start of her career in insurance, Amanda became a licensed insurance agent to help better serve her community.

    Amanda is a proud mom to three children. In her off time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and children at the lake.
