    Angela Valencia is Chief Operating Officer at Staff Boom. Angela brings with her over 10 years of insurance and operations experience, successfully building underwriting teams and implementing procedural improvements. Before joining Staff Boom, Angela served as Director of Training and Organizational Development, where she led the underwriting and training teams in the building and launch of an industry-leading agency management system for the insurance industry. Angela has been instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of Staff Boom, overseeing all aspects of operations domestically and internationally, as well as the onboarding of new clients and solidifying existing client relationships.

    Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and a Master’s degree in Education, which have been pivotal in her roles of training, development and process improvement. She is a proud mother of five; one boy, two girls and a pair of identical twin girls. Her kids keep her busy, but they are the biggest driving force behind her, at the end of the day her title as mom is her proudest accomplishment.

    Michael Haroutunian is the Controller at Staff Boom. He joined in 2017 bringing over 8 years of accounting methods under Big 4 trained experts. In his current role at Staff Boom, he leads the company’s financial reporting, accounting and related internal controls. During this time, Michael carries on his goal to ensure that the company is provided all the analytical and budgeting details it needs to grow and succeed. On his time off, Michael enjoys playing soccer with friends and composing musical scores.

    Luis Ramirez is the Director of I.T. for Staff Boom. With over 20 years of IT experience, including 12 years of I.T. management experience, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge to Staff Boom. In his career Luis has been involved leading multiple IT projects from small to multi-million-dollar jobs, involving everything from engineers to city officials. Through these projects he has managed teams from 5 to 22 techs both locally and around the world. He has vast experience in both networking administration and cloud networking. Luis holds an MCSE certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and A+ certification.

    Jeidi Guillen is the Operations Manager at Staff Boom. Her career in the insurance industry dates to 2005. Starting of as a call center representative, Jeidi quickly transitioned to the training side of insurance, training in-house call center reps and then training outsourced call center reps once her previous company transitioned to a call center in Tijuana. Jeidi brings the perfect combination to Staff Boom, combining hands on insurance experience with experience in the training of outsourced insurance representatives. At Staff Boom Jeidi is tasked with overseeing operations in all Staff Boom facilities, ensuring our staff is on track and at capacity, while ensuring they are providing quality work to clients. Additionally, Jeidi helps to coordinate communications with various clients, providing scheduled updates as well as helping with any issues or concerns they may have. Jeidi is here to ensure that Staff Boom continues to grow while providing quality work to our clients, while at the same time ensuring our employees are working smoothly and efficiently as possible.

    Accomplished executive and proven leader, Diana DePaola displays a unique acumen for inspiring teams and motivating performance. A graduate of California State University Sacramento, Diana has demonstrated an innate ability to deliver results and develop beneficial relationships. From employee relations and sales initiatives to carrier relationships and organizational objectives, Diana’s keenness of insight and uniquely engaging nature have led her from Human Resource Administration and insurance liaison functions to successful growth as the Personal Lines Sales Management for California-based P&C Insurer, Inszone Insurance where she increased agency commissions by nearly 200 percent as well as directed markedly successful sales team training programs and protocols based on carefully monitored client and carrier preferences. Further leading to become Vice President of The Proven Alliance, a market access group spanning 5 states, to Owner of her own independent Property and Casualty agency, Intrinsic Insurance Services. Currently Diana is managing client success internationally for Staff Boom, as their Account Executive.

Graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Kinesiology, Shay began her professional career in the Healthcare field helping people meet their healthcare needs. She was drawn to Staff Boom when she sought an opportunity for growth in more fields than just healthcare. With prior experience from working in the insurance sector, Shay can safely assure her clients that their staffing needs will be met with utmost efficiency. Shay joined Staff Boom in April 2020 and looks forward to forging stronger connections with her customers. In her leisure, she enjoys practicing carpentry, exercising, and spending time with family & friends.

    Sydney Foster is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sydney earned her degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas. Sydney has spent the majority of her professional career working as an event operation specialist, where she has had the opportunity to work for some of the most prominent music & film festivals such as Bentonville Film Festival and Bonnaroo Music festival. Looking to broaden her skill sets, Sydney joined the Staff Boom team in 2020. Sydney continues to actively contribute towards Staff Boom’s goal of ensuring clients receive favorable results with stellar efficiency. Sydney enjoys practicing photography and discovering new musical artists in her free time.

    Elizabeth Betts is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Her professional career in the insurance sector began in 2012. For three years, Elizabeth worked at a local agency specializing in personal lines insurance before finding employment with a large broker in 2015, thereafter focusing on commercial lines insurance. There, she found the opportunity to work with small businesses and middle-market companies from a variety of industries. Elizabeth’s professional background as a licensed insurance agent continues to provide useful insight regarding agency operations & task management. She also possesses comprehensive experience writing training material & developing processes with a team based overseas. In 2019, Elizabeth has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

    Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Brigham Young University –Idaho where she majored in History and minored in Fashion Design.

At Staff Boom, Elle works on continuous process improvement, metrics and objectively delivering results, while building and leading highly motivated cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Elle considers herself to have a mind driven for system and innovation; with a goal to complete all Lean Six Sigma belts to have a better compass for her company, employees, and clients.

    On her time off, Elle loves listening to songs – it is her sanctuary. She also enjoys writing, which she has combined with her love of music to write lyrics.

An experienced operations leader, James has worked across multiple supervisory roles in customer service, quality assurance and collections in the BPO Industry. He leads a team of consultants at Staff Boom, focused on strategic and operational activities which include managing client needs and monitoring progress and productivity of all team members. A born people person, James is an excellent mentor and a motivational leader, recognizing talented employees and empowering those employees to tap and reach their full potential. His model of leadership has been recognized with awards and citations. In just three years at Staff Boom, he received the highly coveted “Excellence in Leadership Award” which highlight his passion and dedication. Prior to Staff Boom, James served as a team leader, managing cross-functional roles in various companies in the Call Center industry for over 12 years. James graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2004, sparking his interest in management. He is a true-blue technophile, stoked by new trends, innovations, and technologies.

Starting off as a Data Representative, Mariel climbed her way up the company ladder quickly, and worked diligently to earn her role as one of Staff Boom’s Operations Supervisors in the Philippines. Mariel was drawn to Staff Boom for the opportunity to improve her talents and skills. In her current role, Mariel is tasked to train representatives with their day-to-day activities and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are met. Mariel prides herself in working with dedication and committed to her professional development.

    Kyle Reygel Perales is the Training & Development Supervisor at Staff Boom. He has been in the BPO industry in a variety of roles since 2013. Armed with exceptional organizational experience, Kyle joined Staff Boom in 2018 as a Data Representative. He quickly worked his way to the role of Training and Development Supervisor. In his current role, he spearheaded the framing and implementation of Staff Boom’s University programs and course developments. Additionally, he manages the training department, participates in the recruiting of new employees, the creation of learning materials for client onboardings and the deployment of trainees to the Staff Boom production floor.

    Kyle is an associate graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development and Management.

    Outside of work, Kyle is a co-founder of a non-profit organization that mentors young professionals in the city. On his time off, Kyle enjoys watching movies, reading books, and taking care of his house plants.

Yamil currently holds over than twenty international certifications including: Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO / IEC 27005 Risk Manager, ISO / IEC 27001 Auditor, ITIL (ed 2011 and ed 4), SCRUM, COBIT.
