    Angela Valencia is Chief Operating Officer at Staff Boom. Angela brings with her over 10 years of insurance and operations experience, successfully building underwriting teams and implementing procedural improvements. Before joining Staff Boom, Angela served as Director of Training and Organizational Development, where she led the underwriting and training teams in the building and launch of an industry-leading agency management system for the insurance industry. Angela has been instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of Staff Boom, overseeing all aspects of operations domestically and internationally, as well as the onboarding of new clients and solidifying existing client relationships.

    Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and a Master’s degree in Education, which have been pivotal in her roles of training, development and process improvement. She is a proud mother of five; one boy, two girls and a pair of identical twin girls. Her kids keep her busy, but they are the biggest driving force behind her, at the end of the day her title as mom is her proudest accomplishment.

    Craig specializes in analyzing, evaluating, and leveraging new market and product opportunities in the Value-Based and Population Health sector. He is proficient in employing data analytics, including metrics and dashboards. He excels in creating, managing, and adjusting staffing, resources, budgets, and investments to align with strategic objectives with a deep understanding of various healthcare systems.

    Throughout his career, Craig has held key leadership positions, including C-Suite level and President roles.     Joe Overley is a Chief Revenue Officer at Staff Boom. Joe is an accomplished executive who possesses exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales. Before his current position, Joe joined Staff Boom as an Account Executive and then transitioned to be the Director of Sales. In his previous job, Joe was promoted to the district manager position within the first year of joining the company and subsequently became a regional sales manager, ultimately attaining the Vice President role within five years. Joe was responsible for several critical functions, including developing the sales process, sales training, and management development. He also oversaw the organic expansion of brick-and-mortar offices, the web sales environment, the agency call center, and quality control procedures for Northern California and Nevada.

He began his career in property and casualty insurance before moving to Colombia in 2018, where he worked as an English Professor, Business Analyst, and Technical Project Manager. Known for his honesty and transparency, Spenser earned awards for teamwork and technical expertise at his previous company. Since joining Staff Boom, his leadership in technology and automation has led to a promotion, and he now plays a pivotal role in driving innovation. As we expand our development team, Spenser will lead key initiatives to ensure we stay at the forefront of the industry.

    In his leisure time, Spenser enjoys playing basketball, football, and soccer. He also runs and lifts weights at the gym. He finds joy in watching his son and stepson play different sports. Additionally, he prefers reading books about personal development.

Kathleen was promoted numerous times at her prior company. She worked and managed a multitude of departments ranging from underwriting, to customer service, quality control, training, system testing, and project implementation. Kathleen helped lead and develop a team of offshore and onshore QA staff as part of a major backend and front end system implementation at her prior company. Kathleen has been tasked with overseeing operations in the Philippines at Staff Boom to ensure we are providing the best work possible to our clients. Her background in QA, training, underwriting along with other areas will help ensure processes are efficient, effective, and accurate to ensure the success of the company and of our clients.

Starting off as a call center representative, Jeidi quickly transitioned to the training side of insurance, training in-house call center reps and then training outsourced call center reps once her previous company transitioned to a call center in Tijuana. Jeidi brings the perfect combination to Staff Boom, combining hands-on insurance experience with experience in the training of outsourced insurance representatives. At Staff Boom, Jeidi is tasked with overseeing operations in Peru facilities, ensuring our staff is on track and at capacity while ensuring they are providing quality work to clients. Additionally, Jeidi helps to coordinate communications with various clients, providing scheduled updates as well as helping with any issues or concerns they may have. Jeidi is here to ensure that Staff Boom continues to grow while providing quality work to our clients, while at the same time ensuring our employees are working as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

For three years, Elizabeth worked at a local agency specializing in personal lines insurance before finding employment with a large broker in 2015, thereafter focusing on commercial lines insurance. There, she found the opportunity to work with small businesses and middle-market companies from a variety of industries. Elizabeth’s professional background as a licensed insurance agent continues to provide useful insight regarding agency operations & task management. She also possesses comprehensive experience writing training material & developing processes with a team based overseas. In 2019, Elizabeth has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

    Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Brigham Young University –Idaho where she majored in History and minored in Fashion Design.

    Elsa Alcala is the Peru Training Manager at Staff Boom. She has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Elsa started off working at Freeway Insurance in the Customer Service Department, then jumped into the Complaints Department shortly after. After a few years with Freeway Insurance, she decided to start a new career path with Pacific Specialty where she was in the Customer Service, Underwriting and Training Department. At Pacific Specialty she assisted in onboarding and trained new hires and re-trained employees. After working with Pacific Specialty, she moved to CCMSI Insurance where she helped clients with their commercial insurance needs. She worked primarily in Certificates, Endorsements, Quoting, Binding and Loss Runs.

    In July 2021, Elsa decided to join Staff Boom, bringing with her vast experience in facilitating, creating training documents and power points. In her current role, she performs a diverse range of duties to support the efficiency of Staff Boom’s daily business operations.

    Eberardo Treto is a US Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. Back in 2002, he began his career in the insurance industry at a Managing General Agency. Eberardo started as an underwriter assistant and quickly transitioned into an underwriting position where he focused on Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Lines. In 2018 he joined the operation team for a Managing General Agency, where he was able to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives, and procedures for them.

    In September 2021, Eberardo joined Staff Boom, where he will use his skills to facilitate, and solve any issues he may encounter, and will help to contribute from an organizational and individual level to achieve the goals of Staff Boom. Over the span of four years with the company, she has worked various roles within the operations domain, playing a pivotal role in nurturing individual client relationships and fostering overall company expansion. Starting as an Operations Associate, she honed her capabilities to ascend to the position of Operations Supervisor, contributing to the management of our outstanding Operations Team.

    Educationally equipped with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and a P&C insurance license obtained in 2022, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She has transitioned departments and taken on the role of a Business Development Manager where she is leveraging her knowledge and experience to cultivate enduring client partnerships and drive holistic growth. Currently pursuing her master’s in business administration, she is dedicated to further enriching her skill set and expanding her horizons.     5Natasha Vigueria is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She has been in the Insurance industry since 2003. Natasha started off working at an Insurance Broker office in Orange, CA as a Clerical Administrator then jumped into the Marketing Team where she became an Account Administrator. As an account administrator she assisted with creating materials for enrollment and worked side-by-side with the carriers and the clients to provide options for their coverage needs. After 15 years she decided to switch the line of business she was working in and gain experience in Personal Lines coverage. She went to work for Pacific Specialty Insurance Company as a Concierge Representative. Here she would assist Producers/Agents and Insureds with their policy and coverage needs.

    In May 2022, Natasha joined Staff Boom in efforts to continue to expand her knowledge and skill set.  In her free time, she enjoys camping, reading books, watching baseball games, and getting together with family and friends.

    Rocio Castro is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She has vast experience in customer service and insurance. Rocio began her insurance career with Mercury Insurance, where she handled numerous claims, subrogation, and incoming calls, as well as daily follow-up outgoing calls. Rocio moved on to Pacific Specialty to broaden her insurance knowledge, where she offered exceptional customer service, effortlessly handled a high call volume, and helped consumers completely grasp their home policies and coverages. Rocio would also help producers with quoting, binding, loss runs, and coverage questions. Rocio enjoys being a girl mom, exploring new flavorful restaurants, sharing a wonderful meal with her family and friends, but most of all, she loves spending any free time she has at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland!

    Rocio joined the Staff Boom family in November 2022, where she looks forward to continued growth and acquiring new skills!

    Dominique Johnson is an Operation Associate at Staff Boom. She started in the insurance industry in 2008 with AAA customer service as a Policy Specialist for personal lines for nearly 5 years. Later in her insurance journey she joined USAA in Phoenix, Arizona as a claims adjuster and obtained her P&C adjuster’s license. In 2012, Dominique’s traveling spirit transitioned her to new adventures in New York City where she worked on a project with Google and was on the Learning & Development team, creating and facilitating training for temporary new hires. She also has long-term business-to-business operations experience with tech start-ups, such as Uber and Bird, and prides herself on developing and maintaining long-term business relationships. Throughout her employment history, Dominique has received several awards and accolades, she also enjoys working on additional projects in any role she’s in. Examples include creating a weekly employee newsletter and maintaining internal employee resource websites. Dominique started her career with Staff Boom in January 2023, excited to explore a new and unique side of the insurance industry and is looking to obtain additional insurance licenses and grow long-term with the company.

    Dominique is a foodie that enjoys traveling and theme parks; she even had a chance to visit Disneyland in Shanghai, China.     Andre Younge is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from ITT Tech and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With his education and diverse skill set, he has gained extensive experience in various roles, including customer service representative, teacher, insurance agent/manager, and business analyst.

    As a teacher, Andre developed multiple teaching styles to accommodate different learning needs, an insight that proved invaluable in training and coaching staff to become productive members of our clients’ organizations. During his tenure as a manager at American Income Life Insurance, he led and trained several agents to deliver the needs of families seeking life insurance.

    Andre’s diverse experiences have made him a perfect fit for the needs of our clients here at Staff Boom. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, believing that investing time in those who support your happiness is crucial.     Karen Hang is the Accounting Manager at Staff Boom.  She has over 18 years of accounting experience managing all accounting functions, including overseeing staff accountants, project cash management, supporting annual audits, process improvement, preparing taxation, and company administration.

    Before joining the Staff Boom team, she was an Accounts Payable Manager for various industries such as beverage distribution, healthcare, and vehicle manufacturing.

    Karen graduated from the California State University of Fullerton, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

    Amanda Cannon is an Accountant at Staff Boom. Before joining Staff Boom in 2022, Amanda spent most of her career in banking and accounting. Amanda then served as a Legal Assistant for a business and tax planning law firm before transitioning to a local insurance agency. While working in the insurance industry, Amanda supported the service team in all aspects including account management, billing, claims and customer service. Shortly after the start of her career in insurance, Amanda became a licensed insurance agent to help better serve her community.

    Amanda is a proud mom to three children. In her off time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and children at the lake.

However, Angelina’s path to marketing success didn’t start there. For a solid eight years, Angelina immersed herself in the hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience and honing her skills. Most recently, she served as a marketing coordinator at Chick-fil-A, where she made a significant impact before deciding to join the team at Staff Boom. With Angelina’s passion for marketing, her diverse experience in the hospitality industry, and her love for all things Disney, she brings a unique perspective and an infectious enthusiasm to her role as a Marketing Coordinator at Staff Boom. She’s a down-to-earth professional who knows how to get things done, while still making time for the things that truly bring her happiness.

    Angelina is a massive Disney fanatic. She finds sheer joy in spending time at the “happiest place on earth” with her son, creating unforgettable memories together. When she’s not busy, Angelina loves to explore new restaurants, always on the lookout for hidden culinary gems.
