Myla Gaza is the General Manager at Staff Boom. Joining the Staff Boom team in 2018, Myla comes from a manufacturing background, working in a variety of management roles in companies of up to 2,500 employees. At Staff Boom, Myla is tasked with leading the Human Resources department, being involved in every stage of Staff Boom’s recruitment process and employee relations management. Myla takes pride in her enthusiasm and understands the importance of efficiency & dedication when it comes to ensuring the success for the Human Resources department.
Myla is a proud wife and a mother of two smart and talented daughters. On her time off, she enjoys cooking and baking pastries and cakes.
