James Teopaco is the Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. An experienced operations leader, James has worked across multiple supervisory roles in customer service, quality assurance and collections in the BPO Industry. He leads a team of consultants at Staff Boom, focused on strategic and operational activities which include managing client needs and monitoring progress and productivity of all team members. A born people person, James is an excellent mentor and a motivational leader, recognizing talented employees and empowering those employees to tap and reach their full potential. His model of leadership has been recognized with awards and citations. In just three years at Staff Boom, he received the highly coveted “Excellence in Leadership Award” which highlight his passion and dedication. Prior to Staff Boom, James served as a team leader, managing cross-functional roles in various companies in the Call Center industry for over 12 years. James graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2004, sparking his interest in management. He is a true-blue technophile, stoked by new trends, innovations, and technologies.
