Elsa Alcala is a Training Manager at Staff Boom. She has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Elsa started off working at Freeway Insurance in the Customer Service Department, then jumped into the Complaints Department shortly after. After a few years with Freeway Insurance, she decided to start a new career path with Pacific Specialty where she was in the Customer Service, Underwriting and Training Department. At Pacific Specialty she assisted in onboarding and trained new hires and re-trained employees. After working with Pacific Specialty, she moved to CCMSI Insurance where she helped clients with their commercial insurance needs. She worked primarily in Certificates, Endorsements, Quoting, Binding and Loss Runs.
In July 2021, Elsa decided to join Staff Boom, bringing with her vast experience in facilitating, creating training documents and power points. In her current role, she performs a diverse range of duties to support the efficiency of Staff Boom’s daily business operations.
