Junior Manalo

Junior Manalo is the I.T. Manager at Staff Boom, where he plays a key role in overseeing and supporting the company’s technology infrastructure. He joined Staff Boom in 2016, and with him he brought more than 16 years of experience in Information Technology Services. Junior began his professional career after he graduated from college in 2002. Since then, he has built a strong technical foundation through hands-on work in a variety of environments. Over the years, he has developed his skills by working both locally and abroad, gaining valuable exposure to different systems, challenges, and operational standards.

Throughout his career, Junior has remained focused on continuous learning and professional growth, consistently refining his technical expertise to adapt to evolving technologies. He was drawn to Staff Boom because he recognized an opportunity to further strengthen his skills while contributing to the company’s mission of delivering top-notch technical support to its clients. In his role as I.T. Manager, he applies his extensive experience to ensure reliable systems, efficient support, and a stable technology environment that enables teams to perform at their best.

When he is not at work, Junior spends as much time as he can with all of his loved ones. The experiences he has created while spending quality time with his family are moments that he cherishes more than anything else.
