He began his insurance career in personal and commercial lines at an independent agency, where his leadership and commitment to continuous improvement led to his promotion to Operations Manager. In this role, he oversaw daily operations, supported employee development, and implemented procedures designed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall agency performance.

At Staff Boom, Vlad combines his insurance expertise and operational experience to help agencies streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through tailored staffing solutions.

Outside of work, Vlad enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, hiking with his two dogs and mountain biking at local bike parks throughout the Charlotte area.
