Trevor Rusinyak

Trevor Rusinyak serves as an Account Executive at Staff Boom, bringing an extensive 25-year background in sales and executive leadership. Trevor started his career out of college as a sales rep for a fortune 500 company. There he progressed to sales manager and then to sales director. He has accumulated several awards such as sales manager of the year, sales team of the year. Presidents club winner and diamond level recipient to name a few. He is passionate about building long-term strategic relationships with clients and his team. He has demonstrated a high level of proficiency in sales training, organizational development, strategic selling, recruitment and retention of personnel, asset management, and building & maintaining world class organizational corporate culture. With a people’s first approach, he builds strategic relationships with clients and key personnel within the industry. 

As a former college athlete, he enjoys being active and pursuing health and wellness in his personal life. He is an avid golfer in the summer and a big mountain skier in the winter. When he is not working, he is either with his 3 children or his dogs, and they usually do something outside. He loves the outdoors and embraces new athletic challenges.
