He began his career in property and casualty insurance before moving to Colombia in 2018, where he worked as an English Professor, Business Analyst, and Technical Project Manager. Known for his honesty and transparency, Spenser earned awards for teamwork and technical expertise at his previous company. Since joining Staff Boom, his leadership in technology and automation has led to a promotion, and he now plays a pivotal role in driving innovation.
