With expertise in organizational development, HR, and operational strategy, Monique focuses on scalable solutions, strong company culture, and team empowerment. Her leadership in workflow optimization, staffing, and cross-functional team management contributes to Staff Boom’s continued success. 

A San Clemente native, Monique enjoys family time with her husband and two daughters, visiting her daughter at the University of Arizona, and supporting her high schooler’s volleyball tournaments. She brings this same passion and dedication to her work, helping Staff Boom excel in staff outsourcing solutions.
