Luis Marquez

Luis Marquez is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Over the years, he has worked as a Vehicle Specialist Technician at Tesla, an Estimator and Structural Detailer in the Construction Industry, roles that allowed him to enhance his skills in Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Theorizing, and Problem Diagnosis.  

At Staff Boom, Luis plays a key role in overseeing operations, due to his extensive experience in management and customer service, as well as his work ethic, he makes it possible to have better monitoring and improvement of operational processes, as well as problem resolution within the organization. Outside of work, he dedicates his time as Head Coach of a Youth Soccer Club, committed to helping develop future scholar-athletes in Orange County. He also enjoys listening to good music and traveling with his wife.
