Kenny Dang

Kenny Dang is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He recently graduated from the University of California, Irvine earning two bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychological sciences. Kenny attended De Anza College while working full-time as an assistant restaurant manager, where he honed his management, customer service, and operational skills. At UCI, he gained diverse experience in marketing, human resources, and social work through internships and held leadership roles in campus organizations, enhancing his problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills. While balancing internships, school, and leadership positions, Kenny’s time in undergrad pushed him to manage a heavy workload and strive to succeed. This has prepared him to take the leap into the insurance industry with Staff Boom where he hopes to continue networking and familiarize himself with a broader range of concepts.

In his free time, Kenny likes to unwind by spending time with his friends and family. He has two dogs and likes to play with them at home or take them out on walks. Kenny also stays active by working out at the gym, playing volleyball with his friends, or hiking with his family. He likes to read new books and pursue new passions if he’s not binging a new TV show or movie.
