With over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, she has a proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing projects and teams, underwriting risk, and executing business strategies. Before joining Staff Boom, Katelin held roles in Project Management and Operations Management at Peak6 Insurtech, where she honed her expertise in driving operational efficiency and fostering growth.
Passionate about communication, goal setting, and team building, Katelin thrives on cultivating trusted relationships with both customers and strategic partners. She has achieved notable professional milestones, including completing the CPCU Foundations in Risk Management, earning the CIC Commercial Lines designation, and obtaining her ANFI certification.
Outside of her professional life, Katelin enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and fly fishing in her home state of Montana.
