Accounting Manager

Karen Hang is the Accounting Manager at Staff Boom, where she brings more than 18 years of experience overseeing a wide range of accounting functions. Throughout her career, she has managed comprehensive accounting operations, including supervising staff accountants, handling project cash management, supporting annual audits, driving process improvements, preparing taxation, and assisting with company administration. Her extensive experience allows her to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls while supporting the organization’s overall financial health.

Before joining the Staff Boom team, Karen served as an Accounts Payable Manager for a variety of industries, including beverage distribution, healthcare, and vehicle manufacturing. Working in these diverse sectors gave her a broad understanding of different operational and financial environments, as well as the ability to adapt accounting practices to meet varying business needs. This cross-industry experience strengthened her problem-solving skills and enhanced her ability to manage complex financial workflows.

Karen graduated from California State University of Fullerton. It was from that university
that she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Her academic background, combined
with her extensive professional experience, has provided her with a solid foundation for the
leadership role that she has taken on here at Staff Boom. Her strong foundation that
will continue to contribute to the further development of effective financial management
and organizational stability.
