Kaitlyn Kaplan

Kaitlyn Kaplan is the Project Manager for Strategic Technology at Staff Boom. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Strategic Corporate Communication from Chapman University and a master’s degree in International Relations & Cyber Policy from King’s College London. Before joining Staff Boom, she was a Partnership Manager at an agency network, contributing to the Network, Technology Integration, and M&A Teams, and holds licenses in P&C and Life & Health insurance.

At Staff Boom, Kaitlyn applies her expertise to enhance technology integration and strategic planning across projects. Outside of work, she mentors with Big Brothers Big Sisters of LA and enjoys backpacking, cooking, reading, and biking.
