Julian Izabal is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He pursued a bachelor’s degree in business administration focusing on business management at California State University, Los Angeles. He has furthered his education with technical certificates in Data Analytics and IT Support, allowing him to refine his management style, data analysis, interpersonal skills, and information gathering & interpretation skills. Additionally, Julian has acquired customer service experience working across various industries such as retail, theme parks, and home mortgages. With Staff Boom, Julian is looking forward and eager to continue developing his skill set in operations and hospitality management, building upon his existing experiences with a strong “Customer First” mentality.
Outside of work, Julian and his wife enjoy watching new movies and shows together. They also cherish spending time playing and hiking with their beloved dog, Castiel.
