Irene Mora

Irene is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. A dedicated professional with a strong background in Child Development and Family Studies. She graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach, earning her B.A. in Child Development and Family Studies. In 2022, she completed an internship at California Families in Focus, where she served as a Curriculum Developer for Art Therapy programs.

Her career includes extensive administrative and managerial experience, having worked as both a teacher and program director, these roles have helped her develop strong leadership and organizational skills, making her an asset in delivering excellent customer service. With strengths in communication, unwavering dedication, and a warm smile, she consistently contributes to creating a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

She is actively involved in service organizations such as the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the Human Rights Campaign, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, reflecting her passion for education, advocacy, and community service.

Outside of work, she is a Regional Mexican singer and a former Ballet Folklorico dancer with 11 years of experience, continuing to embrace her cultural heritage through the arts.
