Chad Alastair Almodovar
Operations Associate
Chad Alastair Almodovar works with Staff Boom as an Operation Associate. He joined the BPO sector in September 2015 and has worked as a technical support, collection agent, and CSR, among other roles. In July 2020, Chad began working at Staff Boom as a customer service agent. As a result of his commitment and eagerness to learn about insurance, Chad expanded his skill set and won employee of the month for July 2022. He was elevated to operation leader in March 2023 and managed eight accounts as an account manager. He makes sure to keep the business relationship with the company and its partners intact during these years. He started working for the organization in July 2025 as an Operations Associate, where he still has a positive impact.
