Carlos Escobedo is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom, where he contributes a strong academic foundation and practical experience to his role. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from California State University Fullerton. This education helped him develop solid management, analytical, and data-oriented skills. During his studies, Carlos built an understanding of how economic principles and data analysis support effective decision-making within organizations. Prior to joining Staff Boom, he worked at Home Depot, an experience that played a key role in shaping his professional approach. There, he strengthened his customer service abilities, learned how to communicate clearly with diverse individuals, and developed the capacity to assist people with different needs, all while working in a fast-paced environment. Carlos believes this hands-on experience was great prepáration for entering the insurance industry, where attention to detail, empathy, and service-oriented thinking are essential.

In his current position at Staff Boom, Carlos applies his academic training and customer-focused mindset to support operational processes and contribute to team efficiency. He approaches his responsibilities with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to learn, drawing on his background to adapt to new challenges within the organization. Outside of his professional role, Carlos is deeply involved in athletics and leadership. In addition to his work at Staff Boom, he manages and trains a high school soccer team, an activity that reflects his commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and discipline.
