Alejandra Varela is an Onboarding Specialist at Staff Boom. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Alejandra’s journey in the insurance industry commenced in 2015 when she began her career as a customer service representative. With dedication and hard work, she progressively advanced to the position of office manager at an insurance agency. At Staff Boom, Alejandra initially served as an Operations Associate before transitioning to her current role as an Onboarding Specialist. Building upon her strong foundation in customer service, Alejandra honed her problem-solving skills in her role as a reservation agent at a property management company.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new culinary experiences at restaurants, and cherishing moments spent with friends and family.
