Erik Hairapetian

Erik Hairapetian brings over 25 years of business leadership experience across the financial, insurance, and business services industries.

Erik began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, advising multinational firms on growth strategies focused on M&A activity, corporate restructuring, and financing. He then transitioned from consultant to in-house counsel and executive. First, as General Counsel for AIC, a Spanish-language television network, where he directed all legal matters, developed company policies, and liaised with federal, state, and local agencies on regulatory issues. Then, as Director at Mattel, where he was responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies with cross-functional teams to integrate newly formed, merged, or acquired companies.

Erik joined Confie in early 2012, initially serving as SVP before advancing to Chief Integration Officer — a role in which he played a pivotal part in the successful acquisition and integration of over 40 agencies, driving synergies and growth.

Erik has been with Staff Boom since its founding and currently serves as its Chief Legal Officer.

Erik Hairapetian graduated from UCLA with honors, earning bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and is a member of the State Bar of California
