Ranojoy Hazra
Chief Financial Officer
Ranojoy (RJ) Hazra is the Chief Financial Officer at Staff Boom. He brings more than 16 years of global finance leadership across the BPO, technology, and financial services sectors, with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, treasury, shared services, and finance technology.
Most recently, as the EVP, CFO & Treasurer at HireRight, RJ led the finance turnaround of a $750M take-private business operating in over 15 countries, overseeing the full finance organization — including controllership, treasury, FP&A, and finance operations — along with global service centers in Poland, Mexico, and India. Earlier, as SVP & CFO of Equifax’s International Business Unit, he managed a $1.4B, 23-country P&L and led the $640M acquisition and integration of Boa Vista, a major credit bureau in Brazil. He also held a prior SVP & CFO role over Equifax’s $1.1B global technology division, and spent more than a decade at General Electric in senior finance positions spanning divisional CFO, finance technology leadership, corporate treasury, and GE’s Corporate Audit Staff.
RJ holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. in Finance and Management from Michigan State University. He serves as a Board Member and Executive Director of Technology Business Management (TBM), and has been published in Harvard Business Review, CFO.com, and CIO.com on technology-spend transparency and cloud cost management. In every role, he pairs financial discipline with a practical, results-focused approach to building and scaling finance organizations.
Outside of work, RJ enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and cooking.
