Parish Simmons

Parish Simmons graduated with honors from Lafayette College in 2018, earning a degree in Economics with a minor in History. Parish Simmons began his professional career at Bank of America on Wall Street as a Portfolio Analyst before transitioning into the Excess and Surplus lines of specialty insurance at RT Specialty.

He later moved into the SaaS space, working with companies such as Eventus and Indeed/Glassdoor, where he specialized in customer relationship management, upselling within existing accounts, and managing both renewal pipelines and new business data.
In addition to his professional career, Parish Simmons founded All One Alliance in 2018, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing volunteer-based sports training programs for youth ages 8–16.

By leveraging access to Lafayette College’s Fisher Field, the initiative offered after-school athletic development opportunities and fostered community engagement. Parish Simmons is known for his ability to turn adversity into growth opportunities, consistently learning and improving through challenges. He brings a strong work ethic inspired by the “Mamba Mentality,” applying discipline, resilience, and a competitive mindset across both his professional and personal life.

Outside of work, he enjoys crabbing in the bay, grilling BBQ, and spending time with his family at the beach—especially along the Jersey Shore. He is also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and a passionate follower of college football.
