Carson as Chief Revenue Officer. Carson has over 25 years of sales leadership experience, including within the insurance industry. Prior to joining Staff Boom, he served as the Employer Benefits Practice Leader of New England at Risk Strategies Company, where he was responsible for overseeing operations in the New England/Upstate New York region and building a cohesive growth strategy, scaling Risk Strategies’ presence by acquiring and developing top talent and delivering superior client experiences. Carson also previously served as Head of US Commercial Growth, Benefits Administration at TELUS Health, as well as Chief Revenue Officer at both Vericred and Flores & Associates, LLC.
