Belen Arenas

Belen Arenas is an Operations Manager at Staff Boom.  With over 10 years of experience in customer experience and operations, supported by a strong foundation in Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources and Administration at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams across operations, client relations, and contact center environments, with experience ranging from frontline customer engagement to senior operational leadership.

A Rotary exchange year in the United States at age 16 shaped her global mindset and passion for working with diverse teams. She is known for her people-first leadership approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement, bringing energy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making to create impactful experiences for both customers and employees.
