Vice President of Strategic Partnership
Diana DePaola has succeeded in employee relations and sales initiatives, carrier relationships and organizational objectives. Her uniquely engaging nature has led her from the Personal Lines Sales Manager Inszone Insurance to Vice President of The Proven Alliance, a market access group spanning 5 states. From there, she went on to owning an independent P&C agency, Intrinsic Insurance Services, and then became the Director of Sales at Staff Boom and then Cover Desk. She started Licensed Personnel to further assist in the talent acquisition, development and education to aid the perpetuation of the insurance industry and is currently VP of Strategic Partnerships at Staff Boom
She also remains active with community organizations such as IBA Sacramento, IIABCal, The RCC Chamber of Commerce, UC Davis Children’s Miracle Network, Make-A-Wish, WSIA, CIWA, and Fair Oaks VFW and maintains credentials of CLCS as well as P&C license.
Outside of work, Diana DePaola has creative habits of watercolor, playing piano, and traveling to Nashville to visit family. You will often find her in the Fair Oaks village running or connecting with people at Mikuni.
