Andrea Celine Waje

Andrea Celine Waje is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom in the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Economics, earned in 2016. Before joining Staff Boom, Andrea built a well-rounded career across various industries, from real estate and marketing to customer service in a BPO setting. These experiences allowed her to strengthen her leadership, project management, and client relationship skills, eventually inspiring her to start her own business. When she joined Staff Boom in 2020 as a Data Processing Representative, her strong work ethic and performance quickly stood out. Within just nine months, she was promoted to Operations Lead, and later to Philippines Operations Supervisor in 2024, managing multiple teams and client accounts before stepping into her current role.

Andrea continues to approach her work with the same dedication and passion that have defined her career journey. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her creative side through interior design, museum visits, and art restoration. She also finds joy in listening to classical, jazz, and pop music, and cherishes spending quality time with her close-knit family, whose support keeps her grounded and inspired.
