She earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills, an education that has provided her with a solid understanding of organizational processes, compliance, and operational efficiency within complex environments. Janet spent the majority of her professional career working in the Healthcare field, where she developed a deep appreciation for structured workflows, attention to detail, and service-oriented standards. In 2021, she decided to broaden her professional horizon by seeking opportunities beyond healthcare, which led her to join the Staff Boom team and apply her experience in a new and dynamic setting.

Outside of work, Janet values personal time and meaningful connections. She enjoys the
thrill of a good scary movie, and taking road trips, that give her the chance to unwind and
explore new places. However, she places the greatest importance on spending quality
time with her friends and family, maintaining a healthy balance between her professional
and personal life.
