Michael Berueda is a Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. He joined the company in 2016 as one of the earliest members of the Staff Boom family and has grown with the company throughout the past years. Michael brings to Staff Boom decades of experience working on the BPO sector, and currently manages day to day activities with multiple teams in the Philippines to ensure operations are running smoothly and that clients expectations are being met.
Michael prides himself with his attention to detail, time management, creative problem solving and leadership. One of his primary goals is to train and develop people with potential and help them become assets and key contributors to the company.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing favorite sports and video games.
