Jon Young

Jon Young is an accomplished insurance operations leader with 18 years of experience in business process outsourcing and insurance services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and the Associate of National Flood Insurance (ANFI) designation.

Throughout his career with Taurus LLC, Jon advanced from Customer Service Representative to Vice President of Operations, gaining hands-on expertise across customer service, underwriting, policy administration, claims, quality assurance, business analysis, and operational leadership. He has successfully led large-scale insurance operations, launched multiple private flood insurance programs, and led the nation’s largest National Flood Insurance Program BPO provider.

Jon was recognized as a recipient of the Flathead Valley 20 Under 40 Award for his professional achievements and community impact. He is passionate about supporting organizations that provide safe resources for women escaping abuse and volunteers with his local food bank.
