Ethan Sudolcan is a Senior Tier 3 Engineer at Staff Boom. In 2011, Ethan began his career in the IT industry in US Air Force as an IT Specialist. Since then, he has taken multiple responsibilities in providing technical support and troubleshooting, managing enterprise software such as Cloud-based Web filtering, Patch remediation and Remote automation, Email filtering, Scripting, Ticket tracking and documentation, and Remote monitoring.

In his current role as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, Ethan is responsible for offering technical support to our employees and clients using computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure that our company operates efficiently and continues to deliver the finest service possible.
