Bringing 15 years of deep Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience to the team, he offers a uniquely well-rounded perspective on insurance outsourcing solutions. His background includes 11 years as a commercial P&C producer specializing in transportation and commercial motor carrier fleets, paired with four years as a commercial claims adjuster. He also holds the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, representing one of the highest levels of technical expertise in the insurance industry.

Having sat in both the producer and claims adjuster seats, Jason possesses a thorough understanding of the operational, financial, and regulatory challenges that agency principals face daily. At Staff Boom, he leverages his frontline industry knowledge to help commercial agencies streamline back-office operations, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and scale their service capacity. Outside of his professional work, family is Jason’s top priority, and he places the highest value on spending quality time and making memories with his wife and four children. Active in his community, he also serves on the U.S. and Global Mission Committee at his church. In his downtime, he stays active by golfing, fishing, and working on projects around the house.
