Sydney Foster is a Business Development Manager at Staff Boom. Prior to her tenure with Staff Boom, Sydney garnered extensive experience in Project Management and Operations. She managed an Operations team responsible for spearheading the coordination of diverse special events ranging from exhilarating concerts to captivating theater productions and vibrant community gatherings. Prior to events she grew her expertise in customer service over years spent in the dynamic landscape of the restaurant industry, where she excelled in roles such as training lead and manager.
Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, she embarked on her career with Staff Boom in 2020. Over the span of four years with the company, she has worked various roles within the operations domain, playing a pivotal role in nurturing individual client relationships and fostering overall company expansion. Starting as an Operations Associate, she honed her capabilities to ascend to the position of Operations Supervisor, contributing to the management of our outstanding Operations Team.
Educationally equipped with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and a P&C insurance license obtained in 2022, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She has transitioned departments and taken on the role of a Business Development Manager where she is leveraging her knowledge and experience to cultivate enduring client partnerships and drive holistic growth. Currently pursuing her master’s in business administration, she is dedicated to further enriching her skill set and expanding her horizons. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds solace and with her three children. Her passions encompass the realms of traveling domestically and internationally, concert photography, indulging in UFC spectacles and cinematic experiences, and the perpetual quest for new musical discoveries.
