Matt McClure is a Tier 2 Support Engineer at Staff Boom. Matt pursued his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Hay State University through their Management Information Systems Program. Prior to joining Staff Boom, Matt was an IT Support for Gap and a Regional Manager for Initial Response Security. He is well-versed in all aspects of computer system configuration, set up, and maintenance. Matt prides himself in his in-depth knowledge in Information Technology as well as in his excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In his current role as a Tier 2 Support Engineer, Matt is responsible for offering technical support to our employees and clients using computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring our company runs smoothly and maintain in providing the best service to our clients.
