Norm Hudson, an accomplished Insurance Executive with over two decades of industry expertise, has a proven record in leadership and management. As Co-Founder and CEO of Staff Boom, he addressed the demand for specialized back-office solutions in insurance, transforming businesses’ access and efficiency. Under his visionary leadership, Staff Boom swiftly grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise in just two years.

Previously, as Principal Owner and CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, Norm led a team across 40 locations, propelling Inszone into the top 100 national insurance agencies. His commitment to an open, transparent, and accountable company culture played a pivotal role in Inszone’s success.

With roles such as COO of Confie Seguros and President/CEO of Cost U Less Insurance, Norm demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, sales optimization, and achieving significant revenue growth. Norm’s legacy in the insurance industry is defined by innovation, leadership, and success, notably exemplified in creating Staff Boom to meet industry-specific needs.

Angela Valencia is Chief Operating Officer at Staff Boom. Angela brings with her over 10 years of insurance and operations experience, successfully building underwriting teams and implementing procedural improvements. Before joining Staff Boom, Angela served as Director of Training and Organizational Development, where she led the underwriting and training teams in the building and launch of an industry-leading agency management system for the insurance industry. Angela has been instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of Staff Boom, overseeing all aspects of operations domestically and internationally, as well as the onboarding of new clients and solidifying existing client relationships.

Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and a Master’s degree in Education, which have been pivotal in her roles of training, development and process improvement. She is a proud mother of five; one boy, two girls and a pair of identical twin girls. Her kids keep her busy, but they are the biggest driving force behind her, at the end of the day her title as mom is her proudest accomplishment.

Craig Hewitt is the Chief Financial Officer at Staff Boom, bringing an extensive background in healthcare, healthcare technology, information technology, and human capital management. With over 3 decades of senior executive experience, Craig is a seasoned population health and value-based healthcare strategist, renowned for his collaborative leadership and profound industry expertise. Craig’s academic achievements include a PhD in Healthcare Administration, where his dissertation focused on Value-Based Healthcare. He also holds an MBA and MSHA.

Craig specializes in analyzing, evaluating, and leveraging new market and product opportunities in the Value-Based and Population Health sector. He is proficient in employing data analytics, including metrics and dashboards. He excels in creating, managing, and adjusting staffing, resources, budgets, and investments to align with strategic objectives with a deep understanding of various healthcare systems.

Throughout his career, Craig has held key leadership positions, including C-Suite level and President roles. He spearheaded revenue generation, operational improvements, and strategic partnerships across multiple healthcare entities showcasing his adeptness at managing complex and diverse organizations. All of which make him a driving force in enhancing the financial landscape and operational efficiency at Staff Boom.

Michael Haroutunian is the Controller at Staff Boom. He joined in 2017 bringing over 8 years of accounting methods under Big 4 trained experts. In his current role at Staff Boom, he leads the company’s financial reporting, accounting and related internal controls. During this time, Michael carries on his goal to ensure that the company is provided all the analytical and budgeting details it needs to grow and succeed. On his time off, Michael enjoys playing soccer with friends and composing musical scores.

Nicholas Fedei is the IT Director at Staff Boom. Nick brings over 20 years of IT experience with a focus on security, network, customer support, and significant Microsoft systems engineering and support. He has successfully restructured support teams to provide great customer service and support for all end-user-facing hardware and software. Coupled with considerable experience building and maintaining IT infrastructure environments of all sizes, your IT environment will be in great hands with Nick.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management and an associate degree in Computer Sciences. He is a proud father of three children and four dogs. Although his hands are full, juggling the needs of all in his family, he is dedicated to providing for their well-being first.

Shay Valencia is the Director of US Operations at Staff Boom. Graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Kinesiology, Shay began her professional career in the Healthcare field helping people meet their healthcare needs. She was drawn to Staff Boom when she sought an opportunity for growth in more fields than just healthcare. With prior experience from working in the insurance sector, Shay can safely assure her clients that their staffing needs will be met with utmost efficiency. Shay joined Staff Boom in April 2020 and looks forward to forging stronger connections with her customers. In her leisure, she enjoys practicing carpentry, exercising, and spending time with family & friends.

Kathleen Tennison is the Director of Philippines Operations at Staff Boom. Kathleen has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry starting off her career as an underwriter. Kathleen was promoted numerous times at her prior company. She worked and managed a multitude of departments ranging from underwriting, to customer service, quality control, training, system testing, and project implementation. Kathleen helped lead and develop a team of offshore and onshore QA staff as part of a major backend and front end system implementation at her prior company. Kathleen has been tasked with overseeing operations in the Philippines at Staff Boom to ensure we are providing the best work possible to our clients. Her background in QA, training, underwriting along with other areas will help ensure processes are efficient, effective, and accurate to ensure the success of the company and of our clients.

Jeidi Guillen is the Director of Peru Operations at Staff Boom. Her career in the insurance industry dates to 2005. Starting off as a call center representative, Jeidi quickly transitioned to the training side of insurance, training in-house call center reps and then training outsourced call center reps once her previous company transitioned to a call center in Tijuana. Jeidi brings the perfect combination to Staff Boom, combining hands-on insurance experience with experience in the training of outsourced insurance representatives. At Staff Boom, Jeidi is tasked with overseeing operations in Peru facilities, ensuring our staff is on track and at capacity while ensuring they are providing quality work to clients. Additionally, Jeidi helps to coordinate communications with various clients, providing scheduled updates as well as helping with any issues or concerns they may have. Jeidi is here to ensure that Staff Boom continues to grow while providing quality work to our clients, while at the same time ensuring our employees are working as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Joe Overley is a Director of Sales at Staff Boom. Joe is an accomplished executive who possesses exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales. He has a unique ability to establish strong relationships with people and inspires and motivates them to improve their relationships, sales, training, and knowledge. Joe’s unwavering commitment to success and his approach to staff training and development enabled him to achieve rapid advancement in the insurance industry. In his previous job, Joe was promoted to the district manager position within the first year of joining the company and subsequently became a regional sales manager, ultimately attaining the Vice President role within five years. Joe was responsible for several critical functions, including developing the sales process, sales training, and management development. He also oversaw the organic expansion of brick-and-mortar offices, the web sales environment, the agency call center, and quality control procedures for Northern California and Nevada.

Elizabeth Betts is the Philippines Training Manager at Staff Boom. Her professional career in the insurance sector began in 2012. For three years, Elizabeth worked at a local agency specializing in personal lines insurance before finding employment with a large broker in 2015, thereafter focusing on commercial lines insurance. There, she found the opportunity to work with small businesses and middle-market companies from a variety of industries. Elizabeth’s professional background as a licensed insurance agent continues to provide useful insight regarding agency operations & task management. She also possesses comprehensive experience writing training material & developing processes with a team based overseas. In 2019, Elizabeth has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Brigham Young University –Idaho where she majored in History and minored in Fashion Design.

Elsa Alcala is the Peru Training Manager at Staff Boom. She has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Elsa started off working at Freeway Insurance in the Customer Service Department, then jumped into the Complaints Department shortly after. After a few years with Freeway Insurance, she decided to start a new career path with Pacific Specialty where she was in the Customer Service, Underwriting and Training Department. At Pacific Specialty she assisted in onboarding and trained new hires and re-trained employees. After working with Pacific Specialty, she moved to CCMSI Insurance where she helped clients with their commercial insurance needs. She worked primarily in Certificates, Endorsements, Quoting, Binding and Loss Runs.

In July 2021, Elsa decided to join Staff Boom, bringing with her vast experience in facilitating, creating training documents and power points. In her current role, she performs a diverse range of duties to support the efficiency of Staff Boom’s daily business operations.

Ashley Alger is an US Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. Ashley specializes in managing customized staffing solutions for our Staff Boom clients. Her client activity portfolio includes needs assessment analysis, curricula development, coordinating training courses and recurring KPI reporting for small, medium, and large sized businesses. Prior to joining Staff Boom, Ashley worked at The Walt Disney Company and San Diego Zoo Safari Park in leadership development training and project management.

Building and maintaining good relationships with a “customer first” approach is essential for Ashley to consistently provide her clients with the best service available. One of her main goals is to help our clients save, simplify and grow their business with the help of Staff Boom’s customized outsourcing solutions.

Eberardo Treto is a US Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. Back in 2002, he began his career in the insurance industry at a Managing General Agency. Eberardo started as an underwriter assistant and quickly transitioned into an underwriting position where he focused on Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Lines. In 2018 he joined the operation team for a Managing General Agency, where he was able to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives, and procedures for them.

In September 2021, Eberardo joined Staff Boom, where he will use his skills to facilitate, and solve any issues he may encounter, and will help to contribute from an organizational and individual level to achieve the goals of Staff Boom. Eberardo also goes by Barney, and in his free time he enjoys critiquing films, singing Karaoke, and having fun at a good concert.

Yamil Quiñones is the Peru General Manager at Staff Boom. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos (Peru). Yamil has become a seasoned project manager & senior executive with more than fourteen years of experience working in information technology, multinational software development, telecommunications, education, and banking companies. Yamil specializes in project management and auditing, with a talent in networking with business executives & suppliers. Yamil currently holds over than twenty international certifications including: Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO / IEC 27005 Risk Manager, ISO / IEC 27001 Auditor, ITIL (ed 2011 and ed 4), SCRUM, COBIT.

Yamil enjoys sharing his knowledge & work experience. He loves to exercise, travel, and work hard to achieve his goals in his professional & personal life.

Myla Gaza is the General Manager at Staff Boom. Joining the Staff Boom team in 2018, Myla comes from a manufacturing background, working in a variety of management roles in companies of up to 2,500 employees. At Staff Boom, Myla is tasked with leading the Human Resources department, being involved in every stage of Staff Boom’s recruitment process and employee relations management. Myla takes pride in her enthusiasm and understands the importance of efficiency & dedication when it comes to ensuring the success for the Human Resources department.

Myla is a proud wife and a mother of two smart and talented daughters. On her time off, she enjoys cooking and baking pastries and cakes.

Kelly Wade is a Business Development Manager at Staff Boom. With a bachelor’s degree in business from Azusa Pacific University and a cosmetology license, Kelly brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. Since joining in 2018, Kelly has played a vital role in the company’s growth by bringing in new clients and fostering strong, lasting relationships with them. She takes great pride in her ability to find innovative solutions that truly benefit customers, and her genuine care for people shines through in every interaction. While she decided to leave her cosmetology practice behind to pursue a career in sales, she still finds joy in occasionally using her hair styling skills on a smaller scale.

Outside of work, Kelly embraces her role as a proud wife and mother. Her daughter keeps her busy with a wide range of activities, and Kelly strives to balance her professional and personal life to ensure quality time with her family. As a passionate sports fan, particularly when it comes to football (Go Saints!), she knows how to bring that same enthusiasm and dedication to her work and personal interests.

Sydney Foster is a Business Development Manager at Staff Boom. Prior to her tenure with Staff Boom, Sydney garnered extensive experience in Project Management and Operations. She managed an Operations team responsible for spearheading the coordination of diverse special events ranging from exhilarating concerts to captivating theater productions and vibrant community gatherings. Prior to events she grew her expertise in customer service over years spent in the dynamic landscape of the restaurant industry, where she excelled in roles such as training lead and manager.

Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, she embarked on her career with Staff Boom in 2020. Over the span of four years with the company, she has worked various roles within the operations domain, playing a pivotal role in nurturing individual client relationships and fostering overall company expansion. Starting as an Operations Associate, she honed her capabilities to ascend to the position of Operations Supervisor, contributing to the management of our outstanding Operations Team.

Educationally equipped with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and a P&C insurance license obtained in 2022, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She has transitioned departments and taken on the role of a Business Development Manager where she is leveraging her knowledge and experience to cultivate enduring client partnerships and drive holistic growth. Currently pursuing her master’s in business administration, she is dedicated to further enriching her skill set and expanding her horizons. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds solace and with her three children. Her passions encompass the realms of traveling domestically and internationally, concert photography, indulging in UFC spectacles and cinematic experiences, and the perpetual quest for new musical discoveries.

Adam Meyerson is an Account Executive at Staff Boom. He is a seasoned professional with an illustrious tenure spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Excelling in Technology Sales, Carrier Sales, Marketing management, and holding a CA insurance agent license, Adam stands as a stalwart figure in the field. Renowned as an industry luminary, Adam’s focus lies in pioneering modern solutions and charting new paths in this ever-evolving sector.

His leadership is marked by a dedication to collaborating with agents and carriers, driving innovation, and redefining standards. Adam’s visionary approach and relentless pursuit of excellence have solidified his reputation as a trailblazer within the industry. He continues to shape the future of insurance by empowering professionals and championing innovation, navigating the dynamic challenges of the field with unparalleled expertise and insight.

Danny Hoskins Jr. serves as an Account Executive at Staff Boom, bringing an extensive 23-year background in the insurance industry and corporate management. Danny embarked on his insurance career in 2000 at Cost-U-Less Insurance, initially as an Agency Trainer. Through unwavering dedication and hard work, he progressed to the role of District Manager, demonstrating proficiency in sales, training, development, recruitment, marketing, advertising, cost control, and payroll.

In more recent years, Danny transitioned to AAA Insurance, where he excelled as an insurance agent, consistently attaining the Circle of Excellence recognition throughout his employment. His diverse skill set underscores not only his proficiency in specific tasks but also his ability to synergize these tasks, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the organizations he has contributed to.

Rob Huynh is an Account Executive at Staff Boom. With a career spanning from Personal Line Producer to district manager, Rob has cultivated essential skills in sales, management, training, and strategic development. His expertise in client relations, gleaned from roles such as agency sales trainer, coupled with his proficiency as a Commercial Line Producer, equips him to understand and address client needs effectively.

In his new role, Rob will leverage his extensive experience to cultivate strong client relationships and drive revenue growth for Staff Boom. His proven track record in leadership and sales, combined with his commitment to excellence and understanding of organizational dynamics, positions him as a valuable asset to the team. Beyond his professional achievements, Rob finds fulfillment in family activities, notably accompanying his daughter to roller skating practice. Together, they share a love for travel, often venturing to Mexico to explore new destinations and experiences.

Hernan Perez is an Onboarding Specialist at Staff Boom. Hernan pursued his education at Cerritos College for his Associate Degree and later attended the University of Providence in Montana, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Hernan joined Staff Boom in September 2021, bringing with him a vast experience in sales and customer service. Prior to working at Staff Boom, Hernan worked with Allstate and was responsible for doing sales and customer service, while increasing the company’s productivity by training and developing the skills and knowledge of new employees.

In his current role as an Operations Associate, Hernan plays a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through outsourcing.

Brittany Sanchez is an Onboarding Specialist at Staff Boom. Graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in child development, Brittany’s journey into the realm of customer service began in San Diego. During her three years at Houzz, she demonstrated her aptitude for fostering strong client relationships and honed her communication skills, earning promotions to Onboarding Specialist II and later, Customer Success Manager. Now, Brittany seeks to further expand her expertise by joining Staff Boom, where she is poised to apply her knowledge and talents to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for clients.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Brittany finds joy in baking delectable treats, taking leisurely strolls with her beloved dog Bennie, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. Her dedication to her craft extends beyond the workplace, as she continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth while embracing the simple pleasures that bring balance to her life.

Janet Chavez is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Janet earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She has spent most of her professional career in the Healthcare field but sought the opportunity to expand her knowledge and skills in other fields and joined the Staff Boom team in 2021. Her previous administrative roles have given her professional and courteous qualities that she brings to her role at Staff Boom. On her time off, Janet enjoys taking road trips and spending time with her family and friends.

Tanya Gongora is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Tanya began her career in the insurance industry in 2011 and has worked with top level insurance companies such as Western United/CSAA, Allstate, Pacific Specialty Insurance Company (PSIC) Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc. With her rich background in customer service and sales underwriting, Tanya guides her customers to their financial goals with emphasis on long-term relationship building. In July 2021, Tanya joined Staff Boom in an effort to expand her knowledge and skill sets in operations and communications.

Tanya takes a personal approach to every aspect of her business – from assessing our client’s needs to helping them achieve their business goals. Her urge to learn more has always driven Tanya to be successful in the field. In her current role with Staff Boom, she is responsible for analyzing and improving our organizational processes, and work to improve Staff Boom’s quality, productivity, and efficiency.

On her time off, Tanya enjoys camping, outdoors, and listening to music.

5Natasha Vigueria is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She has been in the Insurance industry since 2003. Natasha started off working at an Insurance Broker office in Orange, CA as a Clerical Administrator then jumped into the Marketing Team where she became an Account Administrator. As an account administrator she assisted with creating materials for enrollment and worked side-by-side with the carriers and the clients to provide options for their coverage needs. After 15 years she decided to switch the line of business she was working in and gain experience in Personal Lines coverage. She went to work for Pacific Specialty Insurance Company as a Concierge Representative. Here she would assist Producers/Agents and Insureds with their policy and coverage needs.

In May 2022, Natasha joined Staff Boom in efforts to continue to expand her knowledge and skill set.  In her free time, she enjoys camping, reading books, watching baseball games, and getting together with family and friends.

Carlos Escobedo is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, State Fullerton, which helped him develop his management and data skills. He believes that his experience working at Home Depot, where he learned customer service and the ability to assist those in need, helped him prepare to enter the insurance industry. Carlos manages and trains a high school soccer team in addition to working as an Operations Associate at Staff Boom.

Rocio Castro is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She has vast experience in customer service and insurance. Rocio began her insurance career with Mercury Insurance, where she handled numerous claims, subrogation, and incoming calls, as well as daily follow-up outgoing calls. Rocio moved on to Pacific Specialty to broaden her insurance knowledge, where she offered exceptional customer service, effortlessly handled a high call volume, and helped consumers completely grasp their home policies and coverages. Rocio would also help producers with quoting, binding, loss runs, and coverage questions. Rocio enjoys being a girl mom, exploring new flavorful restaurants, sharing a wonderful meal with her family and friends, but most of all, she loves spending any free time she has at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland!

Rocio joined the Staff Boom family in November 2022, where she looks forward to continued growth and acquiring new skills!

Dominique Johnson is an Operation Associate at Staff Boom. She started in the insurance industry in 2008 with AAA customer service as a Policy Specialist for personal lines for nearly 5 years. Later in her insurance journey she joined USAA in Phoenix, Arizona as a claims adjuster and obtained her P&C adjuster’s license. In 2012, Dominique’s traveling spirit transitioned her to new adventures in New York City where she worked on a project with Google and was on the Learning & Development team, creating and facilitating training for temporary new hires. She also has long-term business-to-business operations experience with tech start-ups, such as Uber and Bird, and prides herself on developing and maintaining long-term business relationships. Throughout her employment history, Dominique has received several awards and accolades, she also enjoys working on additional projects in any role she’s in. Examples include creating a weekly employee newsletter and maintaining internal employee resource websites. Dominique started her career with Staff Boom in January 2023, excited to explore a new and unique side of the insurance industry and is looking to obtain additional insurance licenses and grow long-term with the company.

Dominique is a foodie that enjoys traveling and theme parks; she even had a chance to visit Disneyland in Shanghai, China. She also enjoys swimming, jet skiing, and shopping online but can always find the best deals. She enjoys quality time with family, and friends, and taking her fur baby GG to the dog park.

Andre Younge is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from ITT Tech and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With his education and diverse skill set, he has gained extensive experience in various roles, including customer service representative, teacher, insurance agent/manager, and business analyst.

As a teacher, Andre developed multiple teaching styles to accommodate different learning needs, an insight that proved invaluable in training and coaching staff to become productive members of our clients’ organizations. During his tenure as a manager at American Income Life Insurance, he led and trained several agents to deliver the needs of families seeking life insurance.

Andre’s diverse experiences have made him a perfect fit for the needs of our clients here at Staff Boom. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, believing that investing time in those who support your happiness is crucial. Additionally, he is an enthusiastic fan of sci-fi movies and TV shows, as well as sports.

Alejandra Varela is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Alejandra’s journey in the insurance industry commenced in 2015 when she began her career as a customer service representative. With dedication and hard work, she progressively advanced to the position of office manager at an insurance agency. Building upon her strong foundation in customer service, Alejandra honed her problem-solving skills in her role as a reservation agent at a property management company.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new culinary experiences at restaurants, and cherishing moments spent with friends and family.

Lillian Villagomez is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Throughout her professional career, she has primarily worked in the dental field, fulfilling roles such as an Insurance Benefits Coordinator and a Licensed Registered Dental Assistant. Lillian firmly believes that her experience in the dental industry has significantly contributed to her ability to effectively manage schedules, navigate insurance processes, and meet deadlines promptly. These skills, among others, have prepared her well for a transition into the insurance industry, where she eagerly seeks opportunities to broaden her knowledge and expand her horizons.

During her leisure time, Lillian finds joy in spending time with her husband and three children. She values her personal time and cherishes the opportunities it provides for creating lasting memories with her family.

Nathan Koh is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He attended the University of California, Irvine, where he pursued a double major in Business Economics and Sociology. This academic background provided him with opportunities to enhance his management styles, data analysis, interpersonal skills, and information gathering and interpretation abilities. Additionally, Nathan has gained customer service and experience expertise over the last 8 years, working across various industries such as retail, live events, nonprofits, and real estate.

In his previous role as an Asset Manager, Nathan successfully cultivated and grew portfolios for more than 500 clients, allowing him to pivot into the insurance industry. His strong skills in portfolio management and client relations facilitated a smooth transition into this field. At Staff Boom, Nathan is eager to continue developing his skill set in operations and management, building upon his existing experiences.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys reading books, learning new skills, playing basketball, and going to the gym. These activities reflect his passion for personal growth and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Claudia is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Business Administration – Marketing Management, laying the foundation for her professional pursuits. Over the course of seven years, she immersed herself in the Dental field, traversing diverse roles, including Registered Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator/Office Administrator, Call Center Manager, and Marketing Coordinator. Each role presented new difficulties and possibilities, allowing her to develop into a versatile professional that makes her want to explore different career path. In the quest to broaden her career horizons and professional development, she joined Staff Boom in November 2023.

Outside the realms of work, Claudia shares a pet corgi named Luna with her husband and enjoy playing with it during their free time. She enjoys serenity spa visits and embarking on journeys of discovery. Claudia enjoys spending time with her loved ones, which is why she treasures every moment spent with friends and family.

Julian Izabal is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. He pursued a bachelor’s degree in business administration focusing on business management at California State University, Los Angeles. He has furthered his education with technical certificates in Data Analytics and IT Support, allowing him to refine his management style, data analysis, interpersonal skills, and information gathering & interpretation skills. Additionally, Julian has acquired customer service experience working across various industries such as retail, theme parks, and home mortgages. Outside of work, Julian and his wife enjoy watching new movies and shows together. They also cherish spending time playing and hiking with their beloved dog, Castiel.

Anna Galvez is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom, holding a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Tourism Management. She joined Staff Boom in 2018 as a Data Processing Representative and quickly ascended to the role of Team Lead. Her pivotal role in steering the team to success while maintaining excellent client connections showcased her consistent success and unwavering dedication. This led to her progression to an Operations Leader position in 2021, followed by a promotion to Senior Operations Leader in early 2022. Subsequently, in August 2022, she assumed the role of Philippines Operations Supervisor, paving the way for her current position.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Anna is a co-founder of Love on Purpose, a volunteer fundraising organization in the Philippines. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, firing, and reading articles about innovation and nature. She practices Mandala Art when she has the time and has a passion for F1 racing and traveling throughout the Philippines and the world.

Kathleen Versoza is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. She joined the company in March 2020 as a Data Processing Representative, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and management. Taking advantage of her experience at a marketing company, Kathleen embraced the opportunity at Staff Boom to further develop her skill set. Kathleen’s dedication has been consistently recognized through several awards including Employee of the Month, Rockstar Rookie, and Excellence in Leadership. Demonstrating exceptional skills and work ethic, Kathleen swiftly advanced to the position of Data Processing Representative Level 2. In 2021, she was promoted to Operations Lead, where she excelled as a tremendous account manager, prioritizing the needs of our partners and delivering excellent service. With extensive management experience, Kathleen ensures that our partners’ insurance businesses thrive through Staff Boom’s outsourcing solutions. Her commitment lies in fostering strong relationships and surpassing expectations to keep our partners satisfied and their operations running smoothly.

During her time off, Kathleen enjoys watching movies and TV series, spending time with her family in her hometown, as well as traveling and restaurant hopping with her husband.

James Teopaco is the Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. An experienced operations leader, James has worked across multiple supervisory roles in customer service, quality assurance and collections in the BPO Industry. He leads a team of consultants at Staff Boom, focused on strategic and operational activities which include managing client needs and monitoring progress and productivity of all team members. A born people person, James is an excellent mentor and a motivational leader, recognizing talented employees and empowering those employees to tap and reach their full potential. His model of leadership has been recognized with awards and citations. In just three years at Staff Boom, he received the highly coveted “Excellence in Leadership Award” which highlight his passion and dedication. Prior to Staff Boom, James served as a team leader, managing cross-functional roles in various companies in the Call Center industry for over 12 years. James graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2004, sparking his interest in management. He is a true-blue technophile, stoked by new trends, innovations, and technologies.

On a personal note, James values family time and plays basketball during his spare time.

Elle Ravida is the Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. She has spent most of her career in knowledge/business process outsourcing; focused on optimizing operations and keeping up the high standards of service of her offshore clients. At Staff Boom, Elle works on continuous process improvement, metrics and objectively delivering results, while building and leading highly motivated cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Elle considers herself to have a mind driven for system and innovation; with a goal to complete all Lean Six Sigma belts to have a better compass for her company, employees, and clients.

On her time off, Elle loves listening to songs – it is her sanctuary. She also enjoys writing, which she has combined with her love of music to write lyrics.

Mariel Bingcang is the Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. She joined Staff Boom in March 2016, bringing with her almost 5 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Starting off as a Data Representative, Mariel climbed her way up the company ladder quickly, and worked diligently to earn her role as one of Staff Boom’s Operations Supervisors in the Philippines. Mariel was drawn to Staff Boom for the opportunity to improve her talents and skills. In her current role, Mariel is tasked to train representatives with their day-to-day activities and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are met. Mariel prides herself in working with dedication and committed to her professional development.

On her time off, Mariel enjoys cooking and learning new recipes, watching movies with her family and taking care of her cats.

Raymart Manapat is a Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. He has over 8 years of experience in the business processing outsourcing industry. He gets exposed to a variety of service types, including customer service, collection, M-Commerce service, and technical assistance. His leadership journey began in 2017, and he is passionate about developing and mentoring others. Raymart is goal-oriented and excels in compiling and tracking data that motivates his team to achieve their goals. He maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. He also has established strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.

His journey with Staffboom began in 2019. And because of his endearing commitment, dedication, and interpersonal skills, like the other Supervisors, he began as a data rep and advanced to the positions of Team leader, Operations leader, Sr. Operations leader and Operations Supervisor .

In his free time, Raymart enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing video games, and taking care of his fish and cat.

Nestor España is the Administrative and Facilities Manager at Staff Boom. A graduate of Business Management at Republic Central Colleges in Angeles City, and an undergraduate of Civil Engineering at Manuel L. Quezon University (Manila Campus), Nestor is a seasoned Sales and Operations Manager. Before joining Staff Boom in 2016, he served as an Account Executive and Sales Manager for multiple logistics companies in the Philippines for 15 years. As a leader of the sales force, he has worked hand-in-hand with principal partners and helped them drive sales of many key products and services. With a diverse and encompassing work history, Nestor has acquired a unique management style that fosters employees to reach greater goals and increasing talent retention.

In his current role at Staff Boom, Nestor ensures our employees are properly accommodated in a workplace that supports their needs and expectations. He also oversees the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects of the facility, and coordinating safety inspections to ensure the facility adheres to compliance standards and government regulations.

Nestor is a husband, proud father of two, and an active member of his church and community. On his time off, he enjoys reading books, watching movies and documentaries, and planting bonsai trees.

Kyle is the Manager of People and Culture at Staff Boom. He holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and pursued undergrad studies in Human Resource Development and Management at Colegio de Sebastian in the Philippines. His exceptional journey has garnered multiple accolades, while also extending his impact through co-founding a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring young people. Additionally, Kyle serves as a keynote speaker for various organizations, including Holy Angel University, Asian Institute of Science and Technology, Sunlife Financials, and several private schools in Manila.

Kyle started as an English Instructor Associate in 2011, evolving into the first Filipino Teacher at the American English Learning Center, before transitioning into content writing and eventually becoming the Head of Training and Development at a sales company. Later, he expanded his expertise as a Business Application Specialist for Intuit and worked as a Support Engineer for Microsoft in the Asia Pacific Region.

In 2018, he started at Staff Boom where his contributions led to promotions, including Training and Development Supervisor, where he played a crucial role in developing the university program. By 2020, as an Analyst Manager, he established Quality Analysis and Reports Analysis departments, implemented automated audit systems, and expanded the team significantly. In his current role, Kyle oversees the leadership program, shapes the company’s culture, attracts talent, and ensures employee retention at Staff Boom.

Outside of work, Kyle finds joy in reading books, countryside visits, biking, swimming, watching Netflix, and wakeboarding.

Angelito Manalo is the I.T. Manager at Staff Boom. He joined Staff Boom in 2016, bringing with him over 16 years of experience in Information Technology Services. Angelito began his professional career after graduating college in 2002 and has developed his skills working both locally and abroad. Junior was drawn to Staff Boom as he saw an opportunity to continuously improve his technical skills while helping the company provide top-notch support to their clients.

On his time off, Angelito enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Ian McGraw is a Junior System Admin at Staff Boom. He is excited about his new career in I.T. after spending 25 years in the mortgage industry as an underwriter and account manager. Ian has always been interested in Information Technology and is happy that he has been able to follow his true calling along with a company that will allow him to grow and develop. Ian is excited to be a part of the Staff Boom team because we are at the forefront of current technology which gives him the opportunity to work with the most up-to-date tech. On his off time off, Ian enjoys sailing and playing with his two dogs.

Ethan Sudolcan is a Senior Tier 3 Engineer at Staff Boom. In 2011, Ethan began his career in the IT industry in US Air Force as an IT Specialist. Since then, he has taken multiple responsibilities in providing technical support and troubleshooting, managing enterprise software such as Cloud-based Web filtering, Patch remediation and Remote automation, Email filtering, Scripting, Ticket tracking and documentation, and Remote monitoring.

In his current role as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, Ethan is responsible for offering technical support to our employees and clients using computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure that our company operates efficiently and continues to deliver the finest service possible.

Matt McClure is a Tier 2 Support Engineer at Staff Boom. Matt pursued his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Hay State University through their Management Information Systems Program. Prior to joining Staff Boom, Matt was an IT Support for Gap and a Regional Manager for Initial Response Security. He is well-versed in all aspects of computer system configuration, set up, and maintenance. Matt prides himself in his in-depth knowledge in Information Technology as well as in his excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In his current role as a Tier 2 Support Engineer, Matt is responsible for offering technical support to our employees and clients using computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring our company runs smoothly and maintain in providing the best service to our clients.

Tony Gonzalez is a proficient Tier II Technical Engineer at Staff Boom, boasting expertise in providing top-tier support and solutions. Armed with an Associate of Science degree in Computer Network Management with a Windows focus from American River College in California, Tony’s journey to excellence is marked by his unwavering dedication and tireless perseverance.

Previously, Tony excelled as a Network Analyst at Gap, optimizing network performance and ensuring seamless connectivity. Transitioning to a Sales/Marketing Representative at HP, he effectively communicated technical solutions to clients. At Staples, Tony supervised the Easy Tech department, implementing innovative strategies to streamline technical support services. Now at Staff Boom, he continues to leverage his expertise to resolve complex technical issues and drive business success..

In his spare time, Tony indulges in various hobbies, such as exploring new music through record flipping, flying FPV drones, tinkering with Linux projects, and enjoying outings to the park with his dog. Despite being 30, he holds a fondness for 80’s music, with recent favorites being Information Society and Pet Shop Boys. Tony’s musical tastes span a wide spectrum, from Deadmau5 and Bring Me the Horizon to Bent and The Human League. Additionally, he cherishes the companionship of both cats and dogs, proudly owning one of each.

Karen Hang is the Accounting Manager at Staff Boom.  She has over 18 years of accounting experience managing all accounting functions, including overseeing staff accountants, project cash management, supporting annual audits, process improvement, preparing taxation, and company administration.

Before joining the Staff Boom team, she was an Accounts Payable Manager for various industries such as beverage distribution, healthcare, and vehicle manufacturing.

Karen graduated from the California State University of Fullerton, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Amanda Cannon is an Accountant at Staff Boom. Before joining Staff Boom in 2022, Amanda spent most of her career in banking and accounting. Amanda then served as a Legal Assistant for a business and tax planning law firm before transitioning to a local insurance agency. While working in the insurance industry, Amanda supported the service team in all aspects including account management, billing, claims and customer service. Shortly after the start of her career in insurance, Amanda became a licensed insurance agent to help better serve her community.

Amanda is a proud mom to three children. In her off time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and children at the lake.

Angelina Trujillo is a Marketing Coordinator at Staff Boom. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in Marketing Management, from Cal State Los Angeles. However, Angelina’s path to marketing success didn’t start there. For a solid eight years, Angelina immersed herself in the hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience and honing her skills. Most recently, she served as a marketing coordinator at Chick-fil-A, where she made a significant impact before deciding to join the team at Staff Boom. With Angelina’s passion for marketing, her diverse experience in the hospitality industry, and her love for all things Disney, she brings a unique perspective and an infectious enthusiasm to her role as a Marketing Coordinator at Staff Boom. She’s a down-to-earth professional who knows how to get things done, while still making time for the things that truly bring her happiness.

Angelina is a massive Disney fanatic. She finds sheer joy in spending time at the “happiest place on earth” with her son, creating unforgettable memories together. When she’s not busy, Angelina loves to explore new restaurants, always on the lookout for hidden culinary gems. And what better way to unwind than by spending a leisurely day at the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the waves.
