Her client activity portfolio includes needs assessment analysis, curricula development, coordinating training courses and recurring KPI reporting for small, medium, and large sized businesses. Prior to joining Staff Boom, Ashley worked at The Walt Disney Company and San Diego Zoo Safari Park in leadership development training and project management.
