Ron Valdez is a Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. A driven and seasoned professional, he brings 18 years of combined experience in customer service, clerical work, sales, leadership, and management across various industries, including Business Process Outsourcing. Since joining Staff Boom in 2019, Ron has steadily advanced in his career, progressing from a Shift Supervisor to an Operations Leader, then promoting to a Senior Operations Leader, and finally a Philippines Operations Supervisor in early 2024.

Ron takes pride in being the sole supervisor overseeing the graveyard shift, where his critical thinking and sound decision-making ensure smooth operations. He stays on top of responsibilities by ensuring clients receive the quality service they deserve, achieved through upskilling their Philippine counterparts. Committed to continuous learning, he shares his expertise through leadership and strategy talks, fostering growth and excellence.
