Reylan Garcia

Reylan Garcia is an Operations Associate at Staff Boom. Prior to joining Staff Boom, Reylan gained valuable experience as a customer service representative for a major American technology outsourcing firm and later advanced to a team leader role in a sales outsourcing company. He also has a solid foundation in education, having taught primary and secondary school levels at various government institutions in the Philippines. Reylan began his career in the insurance industry at Staff Boom in 2019 as a Data Processing Representative Level II. His dedication and leadership skills led to his promotion to Team Leader in 2021, and by 2022, he transitioned to the role of Operations Leader. In 2024, he assumed his current position as Operations Associate, where he continues to contribute to the company’s success.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Reylan is an avid traveler who enjoys road trips with his wife and son. He also assists his wife in managing their cake and pastry business. Additionally, Reylan is passionate about cultural dance, casual event hosting, photography and video production.
