She is a seasoned BPO professional with 17 years of experience in leadership, financial management, client management, project management, mentoring, and operations management. With a strong track record of driving business growth through strategic planning, process optimization, and effective execution, she has successfully managed operations across multiple industries and global markets. Having worked with leading BPO companies such as TTEC, Results, Hinduja, and Startek, Jezz Macahilas has overseen accounts spanning APAC, USA, and EMEA in the telecom, banking, retail, IT, and media sectors. Her expertise in quality assurance, training, process improvement, and client relationship management ensures operational excellence and the delivery of high-quality results. 

At Staff Boom, Jezz plays a key role in overseeing operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement to drive success for both the company and its clients. Her extensive experience in QA, training, and project execution enables her to develop and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and service quality. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and immersing herself in diverse cultures with her partner. She also finds relaxation and rejuvenation by spending time at the beach.
