With nine years of experience, primarily in HR-related functions, and four years in the BPO industry, Jeanine has successfully built HR departments from the ground up, establishing solid structures and fostering strong workplace cultures. Her expertise spans talent development, organizational structuring, and performance management, ensuring that companies operate efficiently and effectively. A certified coach in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Biodecodification, Jeanine is passionate about people development and organizational growth. Fluent in English and German, have brought global perspective to her work.
