Richard Jayson Carlos Dipasupil

Engr. Richard Jayson Carlos Dipasupil is the Facilities Manager at Staff Boom in the Philippines, overseeing facility operations, engineering services, construction, security, logistics, and housekeeping. He also serves as the Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer 2, ensuring environmental compliance and workplace safety. 

With over nine years of experience in large-scale facility management, particularly in high-traffic shopping malls, Jace is known for his problem-solving skills, strategic leadership, and commitment to excellence. Rooted in the Filipino value of “malasakit”, he ensures seamless facility operations.  A Registered Electrical Engineer, he holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Petroleum Engineering specialization) from Mapúa University and is an active member of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. He also mentors future engineers as a college professor. 

Beyond work, Jace is an active member of his Christian church community, dedicating his Sundays to service. His expertise and dedication continue to elevate Staff Boom’s facility management standards.
