Andrea Celine Waje

Andrea Celine Waje is the Philippines Operations Supervisor at Staff Boom. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Economics, earned in 2016. Andrea’s career spans various industries, including roles as an Account Manager and Researcher in real estate, where she gained customer service expertise in a BPO setting. She also excelled in a marketing position at a furniture company. These experiences honed her project management, leadership, and client relationship skills, ultimately inspiring her to establish her own business.

Andrea joined Staff Boom in December 2020 as a Data Processing Representative, successfully piloting an account. Within nine months, her exceptional performance earned her a promotion to Operations Lead in 2021. Over the years, she managed up to nine accounts, driving their success, building strong partnerships, and helping individuals achieve career growth. Her dedication and achievements led to her promotion to Philippines Operations Supervisor in 2024.

In her leisure time, Andrea enjoys exploring interior design, visiting museums, and admiring art restorations. She also finds joy in listening to classical, jazz, and pop music, and cherishes quality moments with her supportive family—her parents and siblings.
